We are real people and if you phone us during working hours (Eastern zone 9 am to 5 pm - sometimes
we're there later but we also do sleep) you'll get a REAL
person answering the phone. The only time otherwise is if everybody is
already talking to someone. If so, you'll get a normal answering
machine with a SHORT message (not
instructions of the next button to push one after another.)

the time you say best the next day - BUT GIVE US YOUR TIME ZONE (so we
don't call you at 6 am!).
You can email us too, but those don't always get through or end up
going to some junk folder.
Really, we prefer people call us and talk to us. Real person talking to
real person. That's high tech but its personal and gets things done
fast.
Have other problems? Damages shipment? Mistaken order? Need to change
you address - call us. PLEASE do not rely on emails. They are EXTREMELY
unreliable.

DO NOT REPY ON EMAILS!
Emails can be lost, go to the junk folder
or not be seen in time. If you reach us after hours, LEAVE your
CORRECT ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER.
The Post Office usually
will NOT Re-route mail so we need to know RIGHT-AWAY if you had an
old Paypal address that you used.
If your order is delivered to
the wrong
address we cannot get it back. If it is because it was the address you
gave us, we will not reship or refund. It is up to YOU to give us the
correct address when you order.
If you realized it was an old or incorrect address - CALL US - DON'T
EMAIL! Call FAST! We often ship even the same day an order comes in -
so you need to call SUPER FAST! We will try to reroute it if you call
after shipping (that cost us at least $10!) but we cannot guarentee it
will happen.
The way to address problems with us is the way that works - talk to us.
A real person talking to a real person live is the best and quickest
way to order and to deal with problems and issues. We won't always 100%
see eye to eye with everyone - people are just like that even us - but
at least everyone knows what's going on.

online at night, you process it first thing in the morning.
